They can follow established procedures and work with their team to ensure compliance. They can also escalate any potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Intermediate competence definition

Advanced competence definition

Advanced-level professionals have a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and are able to identify potential issues and develop solutions. They can communicate effectively with external regulators and other stakeholders.
