Advanced individuals have a deep understanding of risk management and are able to develop and implement strategies to manage complex and diverse risks. They communicate effectively with stakeholders about risk management and provide guidance to senior management. They can develop strategies for continuous improvement in risk management and drive a culture of risk management within the organization.
