Project Recovery Management

Project Recovery Management is the ability to identify, assess and rectify issues within a project that is failing or off-track. It involves developing and implementing a recovery plan to realign the project with its initial goals and objectives, ensuring project success and mitigated risks.

Business Case Development

Business Case Development is the proficiency to systematically define, validate and present the financial and non-financial benefits, risks, and alignment of a project with organizational objectives. This capability includes crafting compelling and tangible arguments to substantiate project initiation and secure stakeholder endorsement and resources.
