At Acorn, we believe learning doesn’t stop at onboarding. As customers grow with the platform, the way they learn and the support around that learning should grow too.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce Sprout: a new direction for customer learning at Acorn. Sprout is our commitment to building a more intentional, role-based learning experience—one that we’ll be developing and rolling out over the coming months.

Sprout is an ongoing evolution of how our Help Center and Academy support customers at every stage of their journey. You’ll see new elements arrive progressively throughout the year as we continue to build and refine the experience.

Designed for the roles using Acorn

Sprout introduces structured programs and certifications aligned to the real roles using Acorn day to day: admins, learning teams, and system champions alike.

These experiences are designed to be practical, relevant, and actionable, so learning translates directly into impact, not just feature familiarity. Certifications provide a structured way to build depth in the areas that matter most to your role—whether that’s system configuration, learning design, or supporting users across your organization.

What you’ll start seeing with Sprout

You’ll start to notice a more deliberate structure across our learning resources, laying the groundwork for role-based learning, guided pathways, and certifications that reflect how teams grow with Acorn over time. That includes:

  • Refreshed visuals: You’ll start noticing Sprout’s new branding and redesigned navigation across the Help Center and Academy. We’re updating content architecture and visual identity to make resources easier to discover—all your familiar content remains accessible as we evolve the experience.
  • Role-based learning paths: Tailored curriculum for admins, learning designers, and champions that match your actual responsibilities and goals. We’re building these out progressively, starting with foundational content and expanding over time.
  • New certification programs: Validate expertise and build credibility across your organization with Acorn-recognized credentials.
  • Ongoing content updates: As new features launch, Sprout evolves alongside them—keeping resources current, discoverable, and genuinely helpful.

If you’re currently enrolled in Academy courses

Don’t worry—all in-progress courses, completed modules, and existing certifications will automatically carry over to the new Sprout experience. You’ll pick up right where you left off with no interruption to your learning, just a new look and a more intuitive navigational experience.
