At an advanced level, you are leading the way in implementing cutting-edge global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion best practices, driving meaningful change and fostering a culture of inclusivity across all levels.

DEI Program Evaluation

DEI Program Evaluation is the systematic process of assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives within an organization, with the aim to improve its DEI outcomes and interventions for maximizing sustainable organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are starting to understand the fundamentals of DEI program evaluation. You're beginning to analyze DEI efforts and outcomes within your own role perspectives.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively evaluate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, analyzing their impact and providing recommendations for improvement to further promote a diverse and inclusive environment.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are proficient in conducting comprehensive evaluations of DEI programs, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to assess effectiveness, analyze impact, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Inclusive Marketing

Level 3: Advanced

Employee Resource Group Facilitation

Employee Resource Group Facilitation is the ability to implement and manage inclusive employee groups, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion by drawing on employees' unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to foster a supportive work environment. Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are adept at creating diverse and inclusive teams by valuing and leveraging the unique perspectives and experiences of all team members to drive collaboration and innovation.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at fostering inclusive team dynamics, valuing diverse perspectives, promoting equity, building trust, and creating a safe space for all team members to contribute.

DEI Training and Development

DEI Training and Development is the systematic process of increasing an individual's or team's understanding, skills, and competencies around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles, enabling them to foster an inclusive work culture and mitigate unconscious bias in decision-making and everyday interactions.

At an emerging level, you are beginning to engage in DEI-related training and development efforts, showing an introductory understanding of key concepts around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Workplace Harassment Prevention

Workplace Harassment Prevention is the ability to identify, address, and prevent behaviors that compromise the dignity, respect, and safety of all employees, fostering an inclusive environment. It's about promoting equity by ensuring all team members can work free from intimidation, discrimination, and bias.

Intercultural Mediation

Intercultural Mediation is an expertise used to reconcile differing cultural perspectives within an organization. It incorporates understanding, acknowledging, and reconciling cultural differences, creating an inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equity and shared understanding, fostering effective cross-cultural communication and relationship-building.

At an advanced level you are adept at facilitating conversations between individuals from different cultural backgrounds, fostering understanding, respect, and collaboration to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.

Refugees and Migrants Inclusion

Refugees and Migrants Inclusion is the deliberate fostering of an inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment, celebrating the unique perspectives and strengths of refugees and migrants, while optimizing their full participation and potential contribution to the organization's objectives and culture.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are beginning to broaden your understanding of issues facing refugees and migrants, actively seeking ways to improve their representation and inclusion within your organization.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are actively engaging with and supporting refugees and migrants within the organization, promoting their inclusion and advocating for their rights in all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are proficient in promoting inclusion and advocating for the rights of refugees and migrants through policies, programs, and initiatives that foster equity and diversity within the organization.
