They can design and implement large-scale telecommunication systems and manage system performance, capacity, and scalability. They’ll have advanced knowledge of VoIP and be able to implement advanced VoIP features such as call routing and unified messaging. In our experience, they also have strong project management skills and are able to lead teams of IT professionals to achieve business objectives related to telecommunication systems. They are knowledgeable about telecommunication industry trends, allowing them to recommend new technologies and services that can improve business communication.
