Advanced competence definition

At an advanced level, a person with this capability should have an expert-level understanding of network infrastructure and security. They should be able to design and implement large-scale networks and manage network performance, capacity, and scalability. They should also be able to conduct advanced security assessments and implement complex security measures to protect the network from sophisticated attacks. Additionally, they should have strong project management skills and be able to lead teams of IT professionals to achieve business objectives related to network infrastructure and security.
