Beginner-level professionals have a basic understanding of the principles and concepts of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. They are familiar with the basic tools and techniques used in these methodologies, such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, and DMAIC. They are also able to use basic software tools for data collection and analysis, such as spreadsheets and basic statistical analysis software.

Intermediate competence definition

Intermediate-level professionals have a deeper understanding of the principles and concepts of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. They are able to use more advanced tools and techniques for data collection and analysis, such as statistical process control (SPC) charts and hypothesis testing. They can also use more advanced software tools, such as Six Sigma software suites, for managing and implementing production processes.

Advanced competence definition

Advanced-level professionals have a deep understanding of the principles and concepts of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. They are able to design and implement advanced production processes using these methodologies, and can optimize production processes through the use of advanced statistical analysis and modeling techniques. They are also able to use advanced software tools, such as simulation software and data mining software, for managing and implementing production processes. In our experience, they have experience training and coaching others in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
