Beginner competence definition

Beginners in decision-making have the ability to make simple decisions following established guidelines and procedures. Frontline workers at this level may require guidance and supervision when faced with more complex or ambiguous situations.

Intermediate competence definition

Intermediate decision-making includes the capacity to analyze situations, consider multiple factors, and make informed decisions independently. Frontline workers at this level can handle routine decisions confidently and may contribute insights to decision-making processes.

Advanced competence definition

Advanced decision-making is characterized by the ability to make complex decisions in dynamic and uncertain situations. Frontline workers at this level contribute significantly to problem-solving and strategic decision-making, and may provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
