Affiliate Program

Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Acorn Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Acorn (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying for and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Participation is subject to approval. We may accept, reject, or terminate at our discretion.

2. Enrollment

Apply via the affiliate sign-up form at acorn.works. Upon approval, you’ll receive access to your affiliate dashboard and unique tracking links.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Acorn in a professional, accurate, and ethical manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and industry guidelines (including advertising and data protection).
• Prohibited practices include:
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, or automated/bot traffic;
  • Bidding on “Acorn” trademarks or confusingly similar terms in search ads without prior written approval;
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with Acorn or making unsupported claims.
• You are solely responsible for your channels, content, and disclosures (e.g., clear “affiliate” disclosures where required).

4. Commission & Payments

1. Earn commissions on qualified sales tracked via your affiliate links.
2. Commission rates and structures are specified in your affiliate dashboard.
3. Payments are made [monthly/quarterly] once you meet the minimum payout threshold of [Insert Amount and Currency].
4. Commissions are reversed for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud, or violations of this Agreement.
5. You’re responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.

5. Intellectual Property

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Acorn trademarks, logos, and approved assets solely to promote Acorn under this Program. Do not alter marks or imply endorsement beyond the Program.

6. Term & Termination

• This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated.
• Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
• Upon termination, remove all Acorn links, assets, and promotional content without delay.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acorn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits). Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the preceding [6 months].

8. Modification

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. The courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement.
