How does Acorn pricing work?
Acorn doesn’t charge per seat. Pricing is based on use case and configuration so growing your reach doesn’t grow your bill at the same rate. You’ll get a tailored quote after the demo, once we understand what you need.
Will Acorn integrate with our other systems?
Yes. Acorn connects to the major HRIS, payroll, CRM, and SSO platforms through native integrations, and supports SCORM, xAPI, and AICC for content.
How long until we’re actually live and running?
Most teams go live in under 90 days with a dedicated implementation specialist. Aquatic Informatics went live in 2.5 weeks. Larger configurations take longer, but no Acorn implementation is a multi-year project.
Will Acorn pass our security and procurement review?

We’ve got years of content and learner data. Do we lose it if we switch?
No. Existing SCORM and xAPI content, learner records, and historical reporting data move across as part of implementation with your customer success manager.
