Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to independently map and assess the impact of organizational decisions on key stakeholders through an ESG and risk lens. You consider both immediate and longer-term effects, weighing how actions could influence social, environmental, and governance outcomes. Your analysis helps guide teams to mitigate risks and achieve balanced, positive stakeholder results.

Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to lead the analysis of how ESG and risk decisions affect different stakeholder groups, anticipating both direct and indirect consequences. Your approach minimizes negative impacts, builds trust, and creates long-term value for all stakeholders.

At an expert level you are leading organization-wide stakeholder impact mapping for ESG and Risk, consistently anticipating complex cause-and-effect relationships. You translate insights into clear strategies that minimize harm, enhance positive outcomes, and embed stakeholder considerations in decision-making.
