At an advanced level you are able to lead rigorous, organization-wide evaluations of change initiatives, drawing on both quantitative and qualitative evidence to assess impacts against desired outcomes. You proactively identify lessons learned and translate them into practical recommendations to strengthen future change efforts. Your approach ensures continuous improvement and greater readiness for ongoing organizational development.

Expert

At an expert level you are leading post-change evaluation across complex organizational initiatives, setting clear measures and frameworks for assessing outcomes. You draw out deep insights from the results, sharing findings to influence decision-making and future change strategies. Your work ensures that lessons learnt drive long-term improvement and resilience within the organization.
