Hygiene and Cleanliness Standards is the ability of a Frontline Worker to consistently comply with and apply organizational protocols related to cleanliness, tidiness, and infection prevention, while utilising appropriate hygiene practices, maintaining personal health, and contributing to a safer, healthier work environment.

At an emerging level, you are starting to understand and apply basic hygiene and cleanliness standards pertinent to your frontline role, under close supervision and guidance.
Developing
At a proficient level you are consistently ensuring that all hygiene and cleanliness standards are met, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for yourself, your colleagues, and customers as a Frontline Worker.
Proficient
At an advanced level, you are expected to demonstrate exceptional adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards in your role as a Frontline Worker, setting a high standard for others to follow.
