Digital Literacy and Basic IT Skills is the capability of Frontline Workers to effectively use digital technology, communication tools, and networks to access, manage, integrate, evaluate and create information, as well as to troubleshoot basic technology issues, in order to perform their roles more efficiently and effectively.

At an emerging level, you are gaining familiarity with basic IT and digital tools applicable to frontline work, with limited but growing confidence in troubleshooting common tech-related issues.

Developing

At a proficient level you are able to confidently navigate digital systems, troubleshoot basic IT issues independently, and effectively utilize technology to enhance your efficiency and productivity as a Frontline Worker.

Proficient

At an advanced level you are able to utilize complex digital tools and navigate various IT systems independently to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and communication as a Frontline Worker.
