Cultural intelligence is the ability of Emerging Leaders to effectively comprehend, adapt and operate within multiple cultural contexts. It involves understanding diverse social norms and perspectives, leveraging differences to enhance team output, and exhibiting sensitivity and inclusivity in communication and behavior.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand and respect diverse cultural perspectives, open to new experiences, and show willingness to adapt your behavior and communication.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level, you are able to navigate and work effectively in diverse cultural settings, demonstrating a high level of cultural intelligence that enables you to lead with empathy and inclusivity.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level you are able to navigate complex cultural landscapes, demonstrating deep understanding and respect for diverse perspectives. You actively seek to contribute to a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
