Leading by Example

Advanced
At an advanced level you are consistent in modeling the organization’s values, even in challenging situations, and set a high standard for ethical behavior within your team. Expert
At an expert level you are a consistent role model for your team, setting high standards through your actions, integrity, and decision-making. You lead with purpose and influence others to adopt positive behaviors, even in times of challenge or change. Your example shapes team culture and lifts performance across the group.
