Expert
At an expert level you are a role model for proactively seeking opportunities and taking ownership, even in complex or uncertain situations. You guide others in anticipating challenges and encourage your team to step up and deliver results. Your actions set a high standard for accountability, building trust and inspiring a culture where others follow your lead.
