At a developing level you are able to recognize signs of conflict within your team and start to notice underlying issues or tensions. Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to recognize early signs of conflict within your team or between stakeholders and understand the key issues and perspectives involved. You analyze the underlying causes and anticipate how disagreements might affect relationships or goals. By addressing conflicts promptly and thoughtfully, you help maintain collaboration and keep your team focused on shared outcomes.

Advanced

At an advanced level you are quick to recognize signs of conflict, even when they are subtle or unspoken, and you take proactive steps to address them. You analyze underlying causes and consider different perspectives, guiding your team towards collaborative solutions. This approach creates trust and sustains a positive, high-performing culture.

Expert

At an expert level you are highly attuned to the earliest signs of conflict within your team and between stakeholders, quickly identifying root causes and subtle power shifts. You proactively address issues before they escalate, using insight to guide others towards open discussion and constructive outcomes. Your approach builds lasting trust and lifts team confidence in handling challenging situations.
