Why we do what we do
Most organizations cannot answer whether their people can actually do the thing they just committed to. The training record shows a box was ticked, the review shows what a manager remembered, and neither of them shows the work.
That’s what we built Acorn for. The work itself, captured against the capability it demonstrates and confirmed by a manager, so what a company holds is a record of what its people have done rather than an estimate of what they might be able to do.
